Belgium Bengals Promise

Wellbeing & Care

Our Bengal kittens are raised in our family home by their mum and dad with our help and the assistance from our vet. Once the babies are old enough they also get introduced to Jinx, our resident castrated tomcat who takes a great interest in the kittens and helps the mums out by looking after the kittens and playing with them, teaching them how to be a grown up cat or just getting up to mischief :)

Our cats have a lot of space to eat, sleep and play. They have large cat trees to climb or scratch with multiple baskets and hammocks to relax in. They get balls, cushions, mice (the fake kind) and other toys to play with and we spend a lot of time each day playing and cuddling our cats.

We only feed our cats top quality wet and dry cat food and supplements.

Health

At Belgium Bengals, our mums and dads are health tested. By the time our kittens are ready to leave the nest, they will be fully wormed (3 courses) and vaccinated (2 courses).

They will be regularly checked by our vet to ensure they are healthy and will come with a guarantee certificate.

Our kittens will be chipped and castrated / sterilised before leaving us.

Kittens that are going to a home in Belgium will be at least 12 weeks old when they leave us.

Kittens that are going abroad must be at least 15 weeks old. They require a rabies vaccine which can only be given at 12 weeks old and this vaccine takes a further 3 weeks to become effective.

These minimum ages are not open to negotiation - they are in the interest of the kittens and also a legal requirement.

Documents & More

Belgium Bengals will provide our kittens with a European pet passport, a health guarantee contract and are TICA registered.
